@Sojournersoul I agree with what you just said and the only thing that potentially applies is obstructing official duties but where is that defined and I don't mean the us code but rather obstructing official duties here. There is video evidence of a vehicle passing her vehicle with ease and no evidence they were actually doing anything in that immediate area that prevented them from going a different route.

On their own website they say under resisting arrest that they're highly trained in de-escalation and while I agree with you that she should've followed orders, did those videos look like they were trying to deescalate the situation? @Sojournersoul I will be VERY interested to see how much training the shooter has. Police where I come from need 1000 hours of academy training, followed by another 1000 hours of field training. I will be VERY interested to see if any of these $50,000 signing bonus ICE agents have sufficient training in actual law enforcement.

@trollslayer I see. Well, that is largely my own opinion, but I can't imagine they haven't had an influence on American culture. It wasn't like those people to keep their opinions to themselves.
