I'm above water at the moment. Not counting mortgage and retirement, I'm fairly even between cash and debt. I've got 350K in retirement which isn't amazing but isn't terrible. And I've got about 200K untapped equity in my home value, which I plan to keep untapped because I've never been underwater on the mortgage and do not wish to be if the market crashes.
Who knows what can change tomorrow but I'm in an okay place today.
