The S&P 500 rose about 55% under Biden. It's current market capitalization is approx $50 trillion, so it increased about 1/3 of that, $16 trillion under Biden!
Thus, according to the theory proposed by @rinkydinkydoink, Biden ought to be paid 10% of that, $1.6 trillion, AKA $1600 billion!!!
