@gol979 in the uk 209,396 people have died from covid. Around 59 people died as a result adverse affects of the vaccine
gol979 · 41-45, M
@Guitarman123 so people have died (even in this controlled kafkaesque administrative "reality"). Not safe then is it.
Guitarman123 · 31-35, M
@gol979 vaccines and medicines always carry varying degrees of risks of side effects and always have. cars reportly kill 1,350,000 people a year and severely injure 50 million others, dosent stop us driving does it?

I can see actual free market capitalism running alongside anarchism.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow ive already given answers and we can agree to disagree
@gol979 No you haven't. You have deflected and brought up things that have nothing to do with capitalism.

If you want to see a historical example of what anarcho capitalism looks like in the real world look into the origins of colonialism. Nearly every European colony including the USA and Canada were corporate colonies. The only reason the state was invited in is because private armies are expensive.

And this was done by making them majority share holders in the corporations that owned the colonies.

@gol979 Humans don't exist in a vaccuum. All our choices, lifestyles, values... are a product of the socioeconomic realities which we live under. Capitalism brings out the worst in humans because it gives some the power to exploit and rise up while pushing others down.
It can't but the idiots advocating for it truly believe corporations wouldn't just fill in the gaps of a government while getting rid of any democracy in order to keep profits high and class hierarchies in order.
@RebelliousSpirit Marx mentioned revolutionary bourgeoisie. Corporate libs or leftists.
It can't. Anarcho-capitalism is stoopit. So is Communism. In both cases, we'd end up back in feudal times.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Bullshit. Here's what I actually said:

"They're pretty much the same. Tankies are less horrible in that they're usually not reactionary. But like I said, they'll defend reactionary politics if it comes from a dictator they like. Tankies are always trying to defend Stalin putting gay people in the gulags. Today, they're running defense for Putin, who also has anti-gay policies."

My criticism isn't that Tankies acknowledge the good points of the Soviet Union. My criticism is that they're authoritarian and will defend reactionary politics if it happens to come from a dictator that they like.
@BohemianBoo See my point about gaslighting.

Anarchy is a form of government, while capitalism is an economic theory. So the two are unrelated.
@SatyrService There is also Murray Bookchin and his theories of Communalism (a form of anarcho-communism) that are being implemented in Rojava.
@LeopoldBloom what this? Rojava?
care to elaborate
@SatyrService Rojava is the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, an autonomous Kurdish area since 2012. It is only recognized by the Catalan Parliament. It is known for anarcho-libertarianism and feminism based on the philosophy of Abdullah Ocalan.

It only works for people who see capitalism is a religion and cognitive dissonance is their default setting.
