When you call someone a racist, you're directly interfering with their freedom of speech.
We need to pass a law against calling people racist. It's the only way to protect the First Amendment.

I am objective enough to know that when I call out a racist, they have proven themselves to be a racist. I wont be silenced in speaking the truth and any racist should have the balls to admit they are what they are if they have the courage to hate on and discriminate against other races of people.

I agree. Some people may have justifiable reasons to to fear a subset of the population, for whatever reason.
If I get jumped by a dozen kids in boy scout uniforms and they beat me to a pulp, take my wallet and leave me unconscious. I think I'd have a pretty good reason to fear boy scouts. If I vent that fear of boy scouts, other good boy scouts will come forth and say "sorry, but that's not really what most boy scouts are like"
Black people can point to examples of being mistreated by white people, and white people can point to examples of being mistreated by black people. Letting people vent their fears without calling them racist gives us all a better chance to cross the color lines and reach out to one another as human beings rather than keeping our distance from one another as black or white human beings.
