When you call someone a racist, you're directly interfering with their freedom of speech.
We need to pass a law against calling people racist. It's the only way to protect the First Amendment.

I am objective enough to know that when I call out a racist, they have proven themselves to be a racist. I wont be silenced in speaking the truth and any racist should have the balls to admit they are what they are if they have the courage to hate on and discriminate against other races of people.

But the Constitution never says it's not okay to discriminate. What it does say is that the people must have freedom of speech, and freedom of speech can't exist when there are allegations of racism.
