@DunningKruger I don’t know and I hate to try to decipher his deranged mind, but I’ll take a stab at answering your question.

I think he’ll say that he didn’t tie the (imaginary-and-it-will-never-happen-anyway) $ 5,000 to a vote for him. Other Presidents have given money as rebates or grants including President Biden, but I don’t remember the details.

If someone were to approach a voter and pay them $ 5 to vote a certain way, that is illegal. So it’s about what he “claims” the money is for.

However, it will never happen because it would cost over a trillion dollars, raise the National Debt at least $ 1.2 trillion, would require Congressional approval, and would send inflation through the roof!

It’s nothing but an obvious LIE designed to scam the lower IQ voters into voting for him without realizing that even if it did happen, it would make life far worse for them.

Even when he is lying he is lying. Trump is lying about the $5.000 and he is lying when he says ever adult will get it. No way Trump plans on giving $5.000 to democrats or democrat states. He is also dreaming that tariff money will pay for it. Cheers!
