tRUMP “promised” to give every American adult $5,000 if the Republicans maintain control of Congress in the midterms.
We all know about Demented Donnie’s “promises” don’t we? Like his “promise” to release the Epstein files. Like his “promise” to end the Russia-Ukraine war in his first 24 hours in office? Like his “promise” of no new wars? Like his “promise” to lower prices.
Giving every American adult $5,000 would cost more than $1 trillion. Trump suggested the money could come in part from revenue from tariffs.
Um, yeah—what have we seen from his “tariffs” almost two years in? Nothing positive. Trade wars, alienating us from our historic allies, lost jobs, inflation.
As always, the best predictor of an individual’s future behavior is their past behavior. What has characterized Demented Donnie’s past behavior? In the past, tRUMP’s “promises” are no different than his non-stop lies—with one exception: his “promises” come with a “guarantee of a reward of some kind.” But that reward never comes.
Ask yourself this obvious question: IF Demented Donnie’s misadministration were actually giving the false results he continuously claims WHY would he need to buy your vote?
