The fact is, no one can stop the President. The Joint Chiefs is an advisor and not even in the chain of command. The guy in the chain of command is the so-called Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth. And the dumbass will do as his boss says.

Cry-Baby-trump is literally on his last leg, and the foot attached to that swollen leg has (fake) bone spurs. No one is going to follow an order from him to launch nuclear weapons. His Big Mac order will arrive, and he won't even remember he wanted to go nuclear.
