Trump State Fair's Low Turnout

@Heartlander The current capacity is 35,000. I believe this photo was from before the 2022-25 renovation that reduced the capacity from just over 40,000. There are empty seats. If every seat was taken ithe photo would appear about the same. My intention was to show about how much space a crowd of 40+ thousand would look like.

@MoveAlong I don't trust any crowd estimates made by the political biased media or politicians themselves or those with a motive to say it's bigger or smaller.

What seems like a lifetime ago when I was in the USAF I spent a few weeks flying the secret service around, and I would occasionally catch pieces of their conversations. One was them in a circle looking at the morning newspaper and laughing about the crowd size as reported by the newspaper Vs what they actually witnessed. Another was how the newspaper reported a sparse crowd to welcome (candidate) at (city). What the newspaper didn't report was that they parked (candidate's) airplane in an area inaccessable to the public :)

Trump said at least 150,000 returned to hear his speech. It's comical that he has to do this when anyone who looks at the photos will know it isn't true. Trump is a very flawed person.
