You're the minority, and it's a tiny minority. Most Republicans are fascist because the party is fascist.
I'm sure not ever member of the NSDAP was fascist, but damn sure most of them were.
you know who spends their days telling republicans theyre confused?

leftist commies with zero policies and likable personalities...
Very easy explanation. The party has not represented people like you since Eisenhower.

Kind of like how the party establishment of the Democratic party despise the left wing of the party.

People like you have not had a meaningful impact on the GOP in almost a century so voting for them is the definition of voting against your own interests.

There is no reason at all why a conservative cannot be socially and economically progressive. But unfortunately your voices are not loud enough at the current time.

@SunshineGirl define "socially and economically progressive"
1930sfan · 26-30, M
@SunshineGirl I get that but I do more hope soon that Republicans and yes even conservatives will take their party back
wildbill83 · 41-45, M
I find it ironic that liberals consider themselves "progressive" being that every policy they advocate is the opposite of progress.

Nothing is more regressive than their constant ad hominem attacks

@SunshineGirl
As he has criticised and/or defunded most federal programs that seek to promote the interests of under-represented minorities, I conclude that he is not socially progressive either.

Punishing the majority to reward a minority simply because of their skin color isn't progress

Tariffs weren't invented when Trump took office... blaming reciprocal tariffs while ignoring the tariffs that've been on the US by other countries for decades (and expecting us to take the loss) isn't progress either...

nor is bloated government that attacks the middle class on the premise of "taxing the rich"...(apparently the left's definition of "rich" is anyone who isn't a democrat)
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
@wildbill83 You have clearly articulated that you support Trump's policies. The fact that you like them does not make a regressive policy progressive.
wildbill83 · 41-45, M
@SunshineGirl they're not just "trumps policies" (another example of the left's ad hominem attacks).

If you were to ask the vast majority of Americans what they'd rather spend their taxes on; building more factories, increasing jobs, cheaper gas, etc. or prohibitive greenie bullshit and handouts for illegals; what do you think their answer would be?

your party is always going on about "taxing the rich", yet every single time they implement polices based on that line of bullshit, the middle class pays more taxes while buffet, soros, sanders, gates, etc. keep getting richer...
