The hole is being dug deeper and deeper. This will get Hegseth prosecuted for murder.......and is definate grounds for another trump impeachment. More than likely the soldiers carrying out these orders against civilians will be court martialed when trump is gone. This is murder against civilians for no grounds whatsoever. "I just did what I was ordered to do" didn't work in Nazi Germany....and it won't here.

@anythingoes477 I agree with every single word you just said. And I know the rest of the world is watching in dismay. But the hole is so deep now, that America is gone forever. Sure we can blame Trump. And he has had a big part in this current episode.. But he only lit the fuse on a selfishness, shallow commercialism and bigotry that was already in enough Americans to explode into MAGA as we see it..😷

Could be interesting to see how this plays out. This will be the first time the US tries to establish a no fly zone over a country with modern air defense. Everywhere else the US has fought since the 70s has not had anything more modern than AA systems from the 70s.

@Jokersswild Yep. Even more similar to Vietnam is it will be regional. Colombia has already stated they have about 150 000 troops ready to fight if Trump starts a brawl in Venezuela.

Send in 20,000 Venezuelans dressed as ordinary citizens. Purchase some of the artillery from the cartels and smuggle the rest into Mexico and let them come in through Mexico with the help of the cartels.
I'm sure the US has made some deal with Guyana also and I would be looking out for that ... Although that terrian would be difficult for soldiers to cross into... Columbia or Brazil probably isn't going to cooperate with the US, but who knows? Money talks

@Jokersswild I mean yes they need to work together but I would recommend going to the Mexican government, not the cartels. And Mexico would likely be responsive since Rubio already blabbed that they plan to bomb Mexico too.
