White American teen in conservative Oklahoma won't be on sxx offender registry

He assaulted multiple women and almost broke the neck of one's of the women he assaulted. I know why he isn't facing the sxx offender registry. A long time ago I wrote about how conservatives changed the law around teen sxx offenders, how they won't be on a list and they'll be given lighter sentences.

I hate telling people living in red states to try moving to a blue state, since we need to turn those red states blue. But if you're a woman, an immigrant, or a trans person, I totally get fleeing the red states.

Lets remember that Oklahoma was the state that actually dropped bombs on Black neighbours from the air in the 1920s to clear the people out.. Is that relevant today? No. But it does form a pattern of behaviour..😷

@LordShadowfire I'm not against rehabilitation or therapy but it's abnormal to do what he did. I couldn't imagine what would make someone do that to two females and almost snap the neck of one. That doesn’t sound like anything other than malice to me, he did it cos he wants to.

He's going to be the type of person who will kill a few females and we'll hear about it in the news
