White American teen in conservative Oklahoma won't be on sxx offender registry

He assaulted multiple women and almost broke the neck of one's of the women he assaulted. I know why he isn't facing the sxx offender registry. A long time ago I wrote about how conservatives changed the law around teen sxx offenders, how they won't be on a list and they'll be given lighter sentences.

I hate telling people living in red states to try moving to a blue state, since we need to turn those red states blue. But if you're a woman, an immigrant, or a trans person, I totally get fleeing the red states.
