He won a majority of the popular vote (yes by less than 2% but he did win it) and he won the electoral college.
There's a problem with your calculation. He did not win by the majority of the popular vote, he got more votes that any other candidate, but in fact he got less 50% of the votes cast.
That is NOT a majority of the popular vote.
There's no point debating the rest of your point.

This is objectively not true. He is breaking the law and carrying out a fascist takeover of the uSA. Nowhere in there is that part of the job description.
Public support doesn't magically make something legal or moral. The Third Reich also had popular support.
Turning a vaguely democratic country into a dictatorship is objectively not honouring democracy.
