If You're a Federal Prosecutor, Quit. Don't Think You Can Hide from Doing Trump's Bidding Until His Term Runs Out.

Do the honorable thing. Resign. Now.

Go work for a legal aid foundation. Or for your state's Justice Dept. Or go into private practice.

Don't be like a Nazi judge in the 1930s (sentencing people they knew were innocent) - and prosecute people you know to be innocent.

I have to disagree on this. If every prosecutor resigns, his objective to neuter the judiciary is achieved and it will be much more difficult to rebuild once Trump is gone. Pragmatic compromise from within is required. Look to the judiciary in Hong Kong right now . . rarher than abandoning it, people are working from within to test what freedoms are still possible under an autocratic regime.

I called for federal prosecutors to resign.

Trump can't fire federal judges.

@beckyromero If they all resign they will.be replaced by yes-men and the effect will be the same as if they had been fired.

"Yes" men and women who are FAR MORE incompetent than career civil servants and are FAR MORE likely to fail to convince grand juries to indict people and FAR MORE likely to have judges toss the cases out of court even if indictments are issued.

You fight fascism with resistance, not with compliance.

Sorry. I couldnt help but laugh.. Lawyers who are employed by trump asked to do the "Honourable" thing..😷

Not exactly what the movie called for. They really wanted the judges to do the right thing and go against administration.

Yes, collaborators don't fair well in the long run.
