This isnt going anywhere. The money doesnt exist and never did. On a side note, here is an interesting fact. Trumps tariff fallout will lead the US GDP to drop, increasing the % of overseas debt to GDP and making it even harder to plan to repay it. Of course, if the plan is to default on the close to $40 trillion, and destroy the $US, none of this matters. Trump and his buddies will have enough Gold and Bitcoin to start over.. As for the rest of you.. "Too bad...So sad"...😷

Again, Johnson did not say that atrocities have not occurred in history, he said that the worst by far have occurred in modern day atheistic societies where human life is not valued and there is no recognition of God given rights.
Personally, the focus on Crusades etc. is a means of avoiding a conversation about the incredible loss of life in the modern era. We have talked about the distant past to the extent that the present is excluded from consideration as it has in this case.
Textbooks say this technique is one of many to take the subject away from a glaring truth. Anyone who claims a regard for human life and liberty would want to work toward a better world today. I do care about past atrocities and my caring today is because I hate seeing the past repeated.
It is also damaging for people to use a focus on the past to distract from present atrocities.

@MarthannBann888 I think it’s important to clarify that there really aren’t any “atheistic societies.” What existed were authoritarian regimes that enforced state ideology and suppressed religion as cults of personality just as other regimes in history have enforced religion and suppressed dissent.
By contrast, secular societies where the government stays neutral on religion and individuals are free to believe or not, consistently perform best when it comes to peace, education, life expectancy, equality, and overall quality of life.
Secular governments are more modern day rather than what you're focusing on.
Yup let's leave it at the past, hopefully you'll take your own advice since we have no atheistic societies right now.
I would say if you want to confuse atheism with secularism go ahead but secular societies perform best and don't have piled up bodies from war.

I'm betting it's another of his big lies to the American people. He likely based the figure on expected income over the next 20 years if all goes to plan and then added on a few zeroes to make it sound more impressive.

And when they've finished with that, perhaps they can hold DOGE accountable for the $202bn of "savings" claimed by Elon Musk 💰

So smart Satan. It is private investments going to private companies so the taxpayers are not stuck with so many people to support.
But of course, communists don’t know about people not being controlled by the government. You have really shown yourself this time.

@MarthannBann888 You can always thank me for setting you straight. It's easy to confuse tariffs with private investments.
