Well children keep shooting eachother to death and it doesnt seem to be that big of an issue to them so that will probably not come around.
On the other side, cops in Britain dont have guns so they cant do anything about criminals that have guns.
In arabic countries you get yours hands chopped off for stealing.
In the middle ages tourture and public execution were normalized.

Well I think this part might take part under Trump's regime.
