The official line is to offer shelter beds to those living on the streets. If individuals refuse the shelter, they may be subject to arrest and potentially jail time. So either way, they will end up on the "Feds" payroll?

But what about during daylight hours?

It will be like Down and Out In Paris and London. No sitting or lying on the ground, you either find a seat on a bench or you stand all day. You can spend the night in a shelter if you can find one, but only 3 nights in a row, then you have to move to a new one.

This is going to work about as well as the Texas gerrymandering plan, to get 4 seats, which is going to be met with Newsom's plan to get 5 additional seats.

The Governor may decide to sent them to Ma-a-Lago, and I think he will.

Part of the reason for the national guard, besides the minor of amount of crime, in Washington DC is because he can't stand the sight of ANY homeless.

If they are out of sight, yeah, he wouldn't care. Yet as long as they are in his face, he'll even call out the national guard on them.

Trump considers the homeless criminals if he sees them. They don't pay taxes even.

It's ok for the wealthy to not pay taxes, yet not the poor.
