This is going to work about as well as the Texas gerrymandering plan, to get 4 seats, which is going to be met with Newsom's plan to get 5 additional seats.

The Governor may decide to sent them to Ma-a-Lago, and I think he will.

@MarineBob California doesn't want the homeless, I think they should put the Ca homeless on a bus and send them to Texas and trade them for the hard working hispanics.
