Can trump be determined to be unfit to serve as president?

Not as long as the GOP controls Congress, and likely not if they get put down to a narrow minority in 2026, either. Only an overwhelming mandate from the votes giving Democrats a significant majority, if not a supermajority, will allow that to happen.

The only other viable option would be if the cabinet felt the need to invoke the 25th amendment, and as long as they're able to keep scamming as much money as they want, I don't see that happening.

A third option — the most unlikely — is if the American people rose up en masse and marched on Washington, demanding that he be removed from office. That's absolutely never going to happen.
