You might want to study up. Prez is not protected for engaging in ILLEGAL acts
NoahB · 31-35, M
@sunsporter1649 I just find the timing odd. They dredge up this phoney story about Obama rigging an election Trump won right when people are asking him to release the Epstein files?
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@NoahB Ah, we get it, breaking the law is ok, as long as you failed, right. And who cares what happened after the election to serew up the transition and termof the incoming President, as long as the demonocrats are doing it, right
NoahB · 31-35, M
@sunsporter1649 you copy pasted this from another comment you made. I already replied to this.

Yes, but let's not forget that SCOTUS came up with that unprecedented ruling as a special favor to Trump.

It's not much of a leap to think he could get them to rethink the reasoning of their decision. In fact, most honest legal minds or even people who've read the Constitution might appreciate it.

@sunsporter1649 Biden was busy cleaning up tRump's Covid mess. tRump made releasing the Epstein files a campaign promise.

Remember how Republicans were for releasing the Epstein files before they were against it🤣😂

@TexChik Well, you have a point that all I have to go on is what the Justices were willing to put in writing.

But, I daresay that any analysis of the "President's rights"is suspect. Others may disagree as to divinely given rights, but the Constitution doesn't give him any more "rights" than anyone else.

Mercifully, if I remember correctly, the issue was privilege and immunity necessary to do the job. If they were thinking about Trump's rights as a sovereign, I dont remember anyone writing about it.

SCOTUS said immunity for actions performed as the duty of being the POTUS. Suppressing intelligence, creating false intelligence and spying on a political opponent to influence the outcome of an election and after losing the election to assail the character of the winner of the election are not official duties of the POTUS. Obama and Billary have no immunity to prosecution.
KateATX · 41-45, F
@TexChik yep it sure is.

@NoahB your little lib heart hopes President Trump won’t. Because you know he’s guilty and you can’t defend him or his aides who assisted. It would be a gut punch for him to be charged and convicted for y’all. Even though you won’t old enough to vote then.
NoahB · 31-35, M
@KateATX fantasize all you want about how libs like me would react to something Trump will never follow through on

@sunsporter1649 really? Interesting. The same reason? What reason would that be?
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@NoahB 'Splain to us what the reason is you held on to the files for 4 years and did nothing and the awnswer is obvious
NoahB · 31-35, M
@sunsporter1649 I think Biden held unto the files because he is fiercely loyal to the Democratic Party, and he’s been around long enough to know the Clinton’s are entangled with Epstein. I think Trump is holding into the files because he himself is also heavily entangled with Epstein.
Piper · 61-69, F
Yes, on all counts. It's almost funny, how ridiculous these claims are...and how jealous the current president has always very obviously been, of the former president who gracefully accepted him as the duly elected new president taking his place.
Discrediting Obama is certainly sufficient, don't you think? (asking for a friend)
@whowasthatmaskedman Yes, the weed of crime bears bitter fruit.
@NoahB One of the great foes of evil everywhere.

@LamontCranston The Classics!..😷
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
But that applies only to him because he’s somehow special. He’s reportedly sexually assaulted someone in the oval office so Im wondering what crimes their actually able to cover up.
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
Possibly some of Obamas' minions could be charged. As they should be and find out if the charges are true! As the famous democrat saying, "No one is above the law".
NoahB · 31-35, M
@fanuc2013 ah okay. Well I don’t really care as long as Trump releases the Epstein files. This sort of feels like a distraction
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
Just about every part of that trump statement is a lie. I have no idea why anyone pays attention any more.. Get your news from someplace outside America..😷
NoahB · 31-35, M

@Vin53 "O.D.S"😷
@Vin53 Obama lives rent free in Trump's....er...."brain"...... Orangey's fixation with Obama has been going on since at least 2008. This latest bollocks to deflect from the Epstein files is whataboutery at its absolute worst.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@jackieash Trust me. There is worse to come...😷
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
Trump's Supreme Court meant for whites specfically though so it doesn't count for Obama.
TexChik · F
@SatanBurger Good weed today?
Elessar · 31-35, M
SCOTUS will have a second hearing on how presidential immunity only applies if you're orange
IM5688 · 61-69, M
But Obama was not the president when he allegedly helped set up the Russia hoax.
NoahB · 31-35, M
@IM5688 if he wasn't president how did he have any influence over federal bodies to interfere in the election?
@IM5688 says
But Obama was not the president when he allegedly helped set up the Russia hoax.

Lemme look this up.
She [Tulsi Gabbard] declassified documents and said the information she was releasing showed a “treasonous conspiracy” in 2016 by top Obama administration officials to undermine Trump, claims that Democrats called false and politically motivated.
Remind us, @IM5688, who was president in 2016???

@sunsporter1649 didn’t Trump win the election after Obama?
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@NoahB Ah, we get it, breaking the law is ok, as long as you failed, right. And who cares what happened after the election to serew up the transition and termof the incoming President, as long as the demonocrats are doing it, right?
NoahB · 31-35, M
@sunsporter1649 of course not. Lock Obama and Hillary up if you can actually prove the wrong doing and not just bluster in press conferences. But since Trump is already declassifying Obama’s ‘collusion’ he should also declassify the Epstein files while he’s at it
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
In Cry-Baby-trump's fantasy, that ruling is not retroactive.
Musicman · 61-69, M
That certainly didn't stop the Democrats from coming after him numerous times.
NoahB · 31-35, M
@Musicman oh boo hoo. The opposing party came after the sitting president? Boo hoo. I saw the Republicans do the same during Obama
