Pretty funny how Trump is going to try to arrest Obama.

Even if it’s true (It’s not lol),

Didn’t Trump’s Supreme Court rule that if you commit crimes while your the president that youre immune to being charged for it? 😂

Yes, but let's not forget that SCOTUS came up with that unprecedented ruling as a special favor to Trump.

It's not much of a leap to think he could get them to rethink the reasoning of their decision. In fact, most honest legal minds or even people who've read the Constitution might appreciate it.

@ElwoodBlues So why did you sit on the evidence for four years?
NoahB · 31-35, M
@sunsporter1649 are you saying your willing to sit on it for four more just so Trump doesn’t look bad?

@sunsporter1649 Biden was busy cleaning up tRump's Covid mess. tRump made releasing the Epstein files a campaign promise.

Remember how Republicans were for releasing the Epstein files before they were against it🤣😂

@TexChik Well, you have a point that all I have to go on is what the Justices were willing to put in writing.

But, I daresay that any analysis of the "President's rights"is suspect. Others may disagree as to divinely given rights, but the Constitution doesn't give him any more "rights" than anyone else.

Mercifully, if I remember correctly, the issue was privilege and immunity necessary to do the job. If they were thinking about Trump's rights as a sovereign, I dont remember anyone writing about it.

@MistyCee Only you say ridiculous things like that. You dare to say what? In your opinion, Trump has no rights. You are so in the weeds with your hatred of Trump that you can't make a factual statement about him. This issue was whether, as president, Trump had the authority to declassify documents. The answer was yes. Only you libs thought he didn't.
@TexChik Authority's a better term, but I don't remember how declassification factored into the immunity decision.
TexChik · F
@MistyCee He was immune from being prosecuted for lawful acts while being the President. Treason is not a lawful act, just so you know.
@TexChik "Lawful acts?" Why would anyone need criminal immunity for lawful acts?
TexChik · F
@MistyCee Exactly. According to the Biden DOJ, Trump was guilty because they said so. Clearly, that was not the case.
@TexChik I can't argue with that, err.. logic.
