Yo mama 🤣🤣🤣

It's procedurally impossible (IMPOSSIBLE) to nullify the overturn. Perhaps you mean restoring the rights that Roe v. Wade provided. If so, legislation by Congress and supported by the president would be able to do that.

I’m still eating crow for saying it would never be overturned so IDK
More importantly what would it be like today if during the US founding era we had been able to neuter the influence of the slave owners (including past US presidents like Washington and Jefferson)?
And then had never moved the US capital from the north (Philadelphia) to the south (DC, aka Maryland)
A good bit of what will always keep the US broken until the US finally dissolves was fundamentally designed to appease slave states (e.g., the electoral college), which has always given conservatives an artificial advantage from day one

Another precedent case

Having the majority of the supreme court not be right-wing would probably do it. But that means either packing the court which just becomes an arms race when parties switch power, or consistently having a non-republican in the president's seat when vacancies come up - but that would happen over decades

Why would we want to be an activist court? Just have congress pass a bill.
Jake966 · 56-60, M
It doesn’t need to be overturned

Defund the Supreme court. So no cases ever go that high again..😷

Seems to me that Roe v Wade started that. The court COULD have said “abortion is not the governments business period”. That would have ended it.
At the time a lot of women didn’t like THAT decision. Had that SCOTUS ruled that “It’s none of the government’s business. The end.” then this would have been over and done with and women would have been way happier since then.
Justice Blackmun a liberal wrote the opinion approved by a liberal majority. How about that?
