What would it take to nullify the overturn of Roe vs. Wade?

Having the majority of the supreme court not be right-wing would probably do it. But that means either packing the court which just becomes an arms race when parties switch power, or consistently having a non-republican in the president's seat when vacancies come up - but that would happen over decades

@Lukeman Unless it was a constitutional amendment, which is exceedingly difficult to do, it would probably get shot down by the current activist Supreme Court

@Reason10 Abortion was legal and practiced at the time the Constitution was written (Ben Franklin even included a method in a 1748 book). Can you show us where in the Constitution it outlaws the formerly legal practice of abortion?
