Study Finds Sanctuary States Freed 25,000 Criminal Illegal Aliens Without Notifying ICE
Sanctuary states released more than 25,000 criminal illegals back into the population without alerting Immigration officials from October of last year to February, according to a newly released study.
California was by far the worst offender, but the deep blue states of Illinois, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, along with Virginia, also released thousands of criminals from their jails without alerting ICE that they were being released, CIS.org reported.
California is the worst offender by a long shot, letting over 13,000 criminals walk free from its jails. But the problem is spreading like a disease. Illinois, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Connecticut have all released thousands of criminals as well. Jails in places like Santa Clara County, California, and Cook County, Illinois, are simply ignoring federal requests and opening the doors for dangerous people to vanish back into our communities.
This isn’t an accident. It is a deliberate policy to put the interests of illegal aliens ahead of your family’s safety. They are choosing to break federal law and put Americans in grave danger.
