You could put Obama's and BJ Clinton's head on the lad and the statement would still be true.

George W has some minimal military experience, but that didn't make a difference. Still started an enormous quagmire that hasn't made anything better. Nothing Obama did really improved the situation, and likely nothing Trump will do will improve it either.
