Nothing, I don't even know him, he never did anything that would make me have anything to say to him. He was a puppet president like Biden with global banks pulling his strings. What would be the point in talking to him?

@helenS Are you maybe thinking of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, also known as the "bank bailout of 2008," that created TARP, signed into law in Oct 2008 by George W. Bush?

I think the majority of TARP spending happened in 2009, even though Bush pushed for it and signed it.

@helenS where do you think Obama got the money from? The American tax payer, so yes we did save them from ruin, but in my opinion we should have left the bigger banks fail and saved the mom and pop banks
