I don't know if it would even pass his mind . . but the most obvious solutions are to increase the supply of housing by speeding up the planning process and encouraging public bodies to build, to be funded by increased taxes on second homes.

@Patriot96 certainly that's never going to house everyone! But Americans don't want All of us homeless in doors! And you won't get me inside until it's everyone! I'd never live indoors with people left out. We're definitely different from the middle class! One hundred eighty degrees!
