Other option though highly unlikely is run U.S. prisons like they do in other countries. With some of the bleeding hearts we have here, as I said, highly unlikely.

Citizens, and I’ll be damned if I’m having a foreigner try to question me or arrest or detain me.
And if not mistaken what was the mandatory requirement to be a cop in the U.S. was to be a U.S. citizen. That in some areas ( major cities) has been waived or dropped entirely.,
