it's actually funny because you could have put picked a better picture if you were trying to depict the Biden doing as Hitler.

The picture shows Biden is waving, that his arm is bent nothing like the outstretched, armed raised high, fingers together Hitler salute. Heck look at the expression on Biden's face just totally off of what you're trying to put across.

@sunsporter1649 some of it is supposed to be aiding people who need help. 10 million on Condoms and contraceptives in Afghanistan, they want to reduce that population! And 10 million on male circumcision in Mozambique, is circumcising all they're doing, they could be clipping here and clipping there to reduce that population too. A lot of condoms and circumcision!!!
