Get rid of the middle class is what they want. The choice is simple, you can no longer 'move up' in corporate, because you have to go through a 'middle class' to become rich. They want only rich and poor, preferably poor.
@Toofargone Find a history book and read it. There are many, many historical accounts of those in various societies as far back as pre-Biblical times that are / were against fascism / dictator rule. From WWI until now especially. If you find that fascinating............you should have plenty to keep you busy for reading material.......but I have not known many in the trump cult that could read...or want to.

@SunshineGirl That's irrelevant. The vast majority of their income is taxed at much lower rates than what regular people pay. Also they don't pay equally into Social Security and it's a big problem
@MethDozer It is relevant because income tax raises a lot of revenue. This either has to be replaced by a less progressive tax which harms the poor disproportionately, or services have to be cut. Yes, income tax is as leaky as a colandar and the rich evade their fair share, but it still stands that most of it is paid by the top 25% of earners, which is just and logical. Focus on making the regime more efficient and progressive and resist all efforts by conservatives to replace it with a "flat rate" tax.

Trump just pulled strings to get the mayor of NY City off of felony treason and foreign bribery charges. He let 1500+ people convicted in jury trials after J 6 go free. He is a 34 time felon that used his money and connections to SCOTUS to avoid prison time............and he avoided two federal trials for election cheating and treason.
