@Therealsteve You know what is a crime, though? Paying for that and then misrepresenting it as legal defense money instead of campaign funding. Now, that's normally punishable by a fine, but dear old Donald kept denying that he had done it in spite of overwhelming evidence presented, and then on top of that, he started trash talking the judge, who got a gag order to try and get him to stop, but that only made him trash talk the judge even more. And as anybody who's ever been in legal trouble knows, that's a great way to turn a misdemeanor into a felony.
