Colorado Democrats Pass Law to Give Free Healthcare to Illegal Aliens
In Colorado, a law is set to go into effect that will give illegal aliens free healthcare that will be funded by the taxpayers.
The new “Cover All Coloradans” program will go into effect on January 1st, and will extend free Medicaid coverage to illegals, illegal alien children, and pregnant illegals. The program will grant illegals access to physical, dental, vision, and mental healthcare for children, as well as prenatal and postpartum care. It is expected to cost state taxpayers up to $51 million.
The law came about as a result of collaborations between Governor Jared Polis (D-Colo.) and far-left, pro-immigrant groups, which are now working on a campaign to make as many illegals as possible aware of their new benefits come January 1st. They are also informing illegals that their personal information will not be given to federal immigration authorities, as Colorado doubles down on its “sanctuary state” status.
