I also have a good friend on SW who began his evacuation VERY late, and they are chugging along in their RV wasting gas in enormous traffic...and they are not even out of the danger zone yet.
Because if it stays inside the interior it can be audited.. as soon as it goes offshore to a NGO. It can’t be audited.. very hard to steal and launder money that congress can audit…
