🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 My brother lives there, and they are not evacuating, trusting instead to the high ground upon which they live, and the cinder block construction of their building. I also have a good friend on SW who began his evacuation VERY late, and they are chugging along in their RV wasting gas in enormous traffic...and they are not even out of the danger zone yet.
