The Government Services Administration is reporting that in the first 12 hours since Taylor Swift endorsed Kamala Harris 337,826 people logged onto the Vote.gov from a url posted on instagram by Swift.

Vote.gov provides information on how to register to vote in every state.

My understanding is that she would not have made a political appearance in the first place if Trump had not (falsely) claimed she supported him. So another own goal.
