Elon Musk Disses Kamala Harris on X After Biden Drops Out
Shortly after it was revealed that Joe Biden is dropping out of the 2024 presidential election and that he and numerous other Democrats are now endorsing Kamala Harris, Elon Musk roasted the vice president on X.
“Imagine 4 years of this …” Musk posted online on Sunday evening, along with a video of a masked Kamala Harris announcing, “I am Kamala Harris, my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit.”
Numerous Democrats have come out in support of Harris for president after Biden’s X announcement, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D). Newsom said that Harris is “Tough. Fearless. Tenacious,” and Ocasio-Cortez opined that “Now more than ever, it is crucial that our party and country swiftly unite to defeat Donald Trump and the threat to American democracy.”
Bill and Hillary Clinton also expressed support for Harris, announcing that they are “honored to join the President in endorsing Vice President Harris and will do whatever we can to support her.”
Former President Trump promptly roasted Harris after he learned of Biden dropping out, reportedly remarking that she will be even “easier to beat” than Joe Biden.
