How likely will the self-proclaimed "experts" take accountability if they are successful in pushing Biden out

and the melee they cause to get a new candidate creates such a distraction that Sweaty-Cry-Baby-trump brings their fear-and-panic to reality?

These "experts" can celebrities are stupid if they think everyone will simply and neatly rally around a newly "installed" candidate. The lunatics always have the loudest voices and they often are wrong.

Whatever it is, can't be worse than having the candidate freeze. Literally freeze.

The President did a great job saving democracy, time for him to retire on a "high" note.

@Northwest Oh, it can be worse, much worse, if the party is still debating and fighting which candidate they can "install" while they lose site that the other guy didn't freeze while he lied his way through the debate.

Everything about Biden was known pre-debate. Admittedly, the visual was jarring but it wasn't a surprise and according to all these pundits and "elites" NOW they claim he has been in decline as they jump on the bandwagon of vultures. Where were these pundits and "experts" who NOW claim they were in the know a long time ago to float a new candidate and make their dire predictions when there was time to have these "family discussions" (in public).

Now is the time to move forward and make the best of the situation. These a-holes act as though Cry-Baby-trump is the perfect candidate and even against Biden's dismal debate performance, that's simply not true. Focus on the damn objectives, pundits and "experts" instead of trying to be popular and get views.

@Northwest time is running out for that.
What he should have done was to find and elevate a democratic star from the beginning of his term.
I will stand by my assertion that he doesn't yet have dementia. But the riggers of a future presidency might certainly fry him.
I hold respect for biden. But this over confidence in his abilities is troubling.
At his age, he won't improve. And we can't have a potus beginning a new term already in decline.
I blame my party for not looking forward.

@LordShadowfire Except they are promoting "that Black woman" as the replacement candidate as though she will be able to do what Hillary Clinton and Nikki Haley were not able to do. No shade against her, but she will have even less support than both of them combined and as a candidate she is much less than perfect with flaws of her own.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@MarkPaul True. Republicans would literally vote for Satan before they would vote for her, and honestly a lot of Democrats would, too.

@LordShadowfire Perhaps for some people, but that does not change the sad reality we're in the middle of.

@Northwest That's another elitist lie. George Clooney, and anyone who made the effort to take their eyes off TickTock or whatever they use to keep themselves entertained saw Biden fall going upstairs, they saw his performance at the news conference after the Hur Report was released that established the Special Counsel feared indicting Biden would lead to a jury feeling sorry for an elderly man with a shot memory, and they knew that he mixes up names regularly. What you are doing now is what all these know-it-alls (including you) will do if Biden feels compelled to leave the race and Cry-Baby-trump wins anyway. All of you will deny you had anything to do with the loss and all of you will console yourselves that Biden would have lost anyway. Of course, most of you (possibly you as well) claimed he was destined to failure when he put all his eggs in the "democracy basket" to ward of the Red Wave that ended up not materializing because he put all the eggs in the "democracy basket."

NO ONE knows what will happen and the fact that all the panic-stricken idiots are running to claim the sky is falling are unfortunately worse than "the base." These people, by the way, were certain Hillary was going to win. Hopefully, Biden remains steadfast, stays in the race, and democracy prevails... which means the election is not guaranteed for anyone but as long as everyone votes, Biden will be able to declare victory and the free world will continue to be safe.

Oh... and congrats on your acceptance into "the base."

@MarkPaul
these know-it-alls (including you)

Amazingly, the only person who seems to have it figured out is you. Got it.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Northwest Me and Joe Biden, John Fetterman, Kamala Harris, the Black Caucus, and many millions more (many who don't even spend time watching debates or press conferences) but are as locked in to not voting for Insurrectionist-Cry-Baby-trump as "you and the base" are in seeing him get re-elected... or as you and your new friends like to say, "reinstated."
