Because he has no rules to follow, judges like him feel emboldened to do what they are paid to do. From the highest bidder, Apparently.

If both people are on the same side what difference does it make if they have an affair? This was just another delay tactic. This is a state case. Trump would go to State Jail. No Club Fed. This case has likely been delayed until after the election. Willis will continue on this case.
