Why does Fani Willis have to recuse herself but Clarence Thomas doesn't?

I'd love it if someone would ask SCOTUS that question in public and on the record.

I don’t think she has to recuse herself. We must get our news from different sources .

@AthrillatheHunt No, you're right. Technically she's not being forced to but morally and for the sake of the case, she really needs to.

@Vin53 you’d think there would be some oversight on any prosecutor going after Orange , so a FUBAR situation like this doesn’t happen .
It’s like letting an amateur boxer take on the world heavyweight champ .
