Interesting, try going to buy a new car and falsify your income on the loan application and see what happens to you. Please, try it, seriously! 🤪💩🦆
Strictgram · 70-79, C
@spjennifer When requesting a loan the applicant must prove income with pay stub or other documentation. If loan involves real estate bank does appraisal. I thought everyone knew this.
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@Strictgram But apparently in tRump's case, the bank just took his word for it, because he's DuhDonald J. tRump?
Strictgram · 70-79, C
@spjennifer Not true.
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@Strictgram So the bank DID do their due diligence and decided to give him the loan anyway when they knew he'd fraudulently overstated the value of Mar-A-Lame-o? Then both he and the bank should have been prosecuted for racketeering (RICO)

@spjennifer Presiden Trump should have beat up some policemen, assaulted folks on the subway, murdered somebody, or smashed a bunch of windows and stolen property, then he would have been protected by ny law and out on the street in an hour. Pay back a loan, on time, with interest, now there is a criminal offence of the first degree
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@sunsporter1649 Poor ole sunstroke, still don't know the difference between Criminal Law and Civil Law? Had tRump committed and been prosecuted for a violation of Criminal Laws, he would have been afforded the same Rights as the rest of us are. Civil Litigation is a whole other thing that only seeks to penalize the defendant for not acting in accordance with Civil Laws and indemnify the plaintiff for damages, which is the case here... 🍄🤪💩🦆
Strictgram · 70-79, C
@spjennifer No victim so no penalty applicable

@sunsporter1649 No Branco, what happened, did he ban you from using his cartoons? 🍄🤪💩🦆
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@spjennifer I can confirm that there are legal penalties for lying to the bank about one's income. Without naming names, I know of a human who is in debt to the IRS because he allowed someone to file a fraudulent W-2 on his behalf claiming $50,000 annual income he did not earn for 2008. He is now in the unfortunate position of being charged money he does not owe, because the alternative is prison.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@CorvusBlackthorne "Biden could owe as much as $500K in back taxes, government report indicates"
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@sunsporter1649 What with all of the Millions and Millions you Rightoids say he got from Russia and China, shouldn't be a problem, now should it ole sunstroke, so what's the big deal? 🍄🤪💩🦆
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@CorvusBlackthorne Yes, I know that, but it seems ole sunstroke feels that tRump did nothing wrong by lying to the bank 🤪
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@CorvusBlackthorne Look up the 8th Amendment to The Constitution.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@sunsporter1649 Look up the 14th.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@CorvusBlackthorne Nothing there relating to President Trump.
Strictgram · 70-79, C
@spjennifer Ever hear of credit agencies? Banks check borrowers credit scores. Loans are not made on the honor system. I thought everyone knew this.
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@Strictgram You're right, but it's very different for very rich people getting huge loans like tRump did, it's still not based on any "honour system" but it is often based on financial prospectus provided which includes predicted property values and income from those properties as collateral and this is what tRump knowingly falsified. btw, your "Credit score" is pretty meaningless when you're borrowing $100M+
If the bank didn't do their due diligence and have his properties properly appraised, then that is on them, but him falsifying his financial information by over inflating his property values for collateral to obtain the loan is what got him in trouble.
Strictgram · 70-79, C
@spjennifer What got Trump in trouble. is running for president. If he retired the leftists would have left him alone. Dems in a bind. They know biden is demented and incompetent but Harris is even less popular than biden.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@spjennifer So sudddenly you are Florida's property appraiser and tax collector?
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@Strictgram Have you actually looked at the history of your anointed one? Since his earliest years in business he's been in some sort of trouble with the Laws. He was being prosecuted long before he ever ran for President but has always had teams of Lawyers to help get him out of it somehow or ended up paying out huge settlements. Plus long before he ran for President, he was a Democrat and has bounced back and forth lots of times. He's been involved in over 4000 Legal cases since the 1970's with most either him suing someone or him being sued. Face it your guy is a crook and always has been!
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@spjennifer So sudddenly you are an expert on contract law and the construction business?
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@sunsporter1649 Deluded as usual oh demented one, where did I ever say that? however, the Court HAS said that and now your golden calf is going to have to pay $355M+ for his misdeeds. Face it ole sunstroke, your Saviour is a crook and now he's going to have to pay for it but we all know you Repuglicans are going to donate your Social Security cheques to pay for it! 🍄🤪💩🦆
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@spjennifer Look up the Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution
