The FBI said that Jan. 6 was not an insurrection! A bunch of rioters came in and tore things up, then left! There was no effort to take over the gov't , issue orders , or try to perform any governmental functions! They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, but calling their actions an insurrection is a stretch!

The riot was what took place outside the Capitol Building the insurrection was what took place inside, when attempts were made to substitute electors and halt the certification. The riot was a part of the insurrection. Lets hope law enforcement is keeping a track of social media in this matter. Just in case some language could be seen as giving aid and comfort...😷
