There you have it. Even [b]CBS news is calling it a riot therefore, it's NOT an insurrection.[/b]

Time to stop falsely stating made up facts. Jan 6th insurrection, just like the Russian collusion, all lies by the Trump hating left to destroy Trump.

It should be obvious by now that the left, will do or say anything to get rid of Trump. Why? Because they are afraid of him and do not want to give up any of their power. If you truly believe the country is better off with democrats like Biden and his administration running the Washington Circus sideshow, then you are truly blind to what is really happening.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout There is a man from Oklahoma City who went to the rally and never returned. People who knew him went to his home to check on him, nobody home and signs of an overgrown yard etc. when they went to check months later. 1200 people have been jailed and no telling if he was one of them. Strange he mysteriously disappeared like that. Are they not letting people call others?

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout The reason none of the traitors were charged with "insurrection" is because by definition and by law.......18 US CODE 2383.....insurrection is , “an usually violent attempt to take control of a government.”

The coup failed...........so technically there was no "take control of government". They TRIED too and WANTED too..............bit the coup failed. So on that technicality no charges of "insurrection" per se could be filed.

Since Mein Trumpft's coup failed the word "attempt" would have been hard to prove, because "attempt" would be a mental concept of what each of them was doing. Since there were so many to be rounded up and arrested and tried....for the sake of judicial expediency other obvious charges...also felonies could be levied and were provable on video.
