3 years after [b][b]Jan. 6 Capitol riot[/b][/b], investigators still searching for offenders.

There you have it. Even [b]CBS news is calling it a riot therefore, it's NOT an insurrection.[/b]

Time to stop falsely stating made up facts. Jan 6th insurrection, just like the Russian collusion, all lies by the Trump hating left to destroy Trump.

It should be obvious by now that the left, will do or say anything to get rid of Trump. Why? Because they are afraid of him and do not want to give up any of their power. If you truly believe the country is better off with democrats like Biden and his administration running the Washington Circus sideshow, then you are truly blind to what is really happening.

After the George Floyd incident there was mass rioting which involved many aspects of anarchy, and when federal institutions were attacked, was that not insurrection?
Many who lament Jan 6th are probably ignorant of other attacks on and in the Capitol , one involving the shooting of members of Congress .
And I’m glad to see a wrongful death suit has been filed in California regarding the death of Ashley Babbitt the only person killed that day!

@soar2newhighs Comparing a handcuffed black man being murdered in the streets while people looked on and were held back at gunpoint to a screaming woman at the front of a mob attacking a glass door to get inside and attack the nations leader is a bit of a stretch even for a Trumpist. @soar2newhighs The fundamental difference between the George Floyd protests, the Puerto Rican nationalist shootings in the Capitol in March 1954, and the January 6 Insurrection is that only the latter was focused on taking over the government following a clear election loss by the loser of the election and his disciples. Trump's Insurrection was and remains unique in US history.

@soar2newhighs You're moving the goalposts. I didn't say anyone was convicted of insurrection, you don't need to be convicted of a crime to have committed said crime.

As for the George Floyd protests, the goal was to hold the police accountable. That eventually happened, but it didn't overturn the government. It simply forced local state officials to hold police to higher standards.

As for the crime, depends on the individual. Some are in jail for breaking and entering, others are in jail for that plus assaulting cops. Lots of crimes were committed that day. Personally, I think every single one of them should be charged with treason. But because they're right-wing, the system is going easy on them.

Several people WERE tried and convicted of seditious conspiracy, however, for their actions on January 6 and the days leading up to it. And Trump himself faces trial for numerous criminal counts related to his criminal actions leading to the insurrection, which he supported and helped plan.

You continue to falsely assert the election was stolen. It is now over three years later. Republicans have had over three years to fabricate evidence and can't even do that.

Over 500 people have already pleaded guilty to their crimes, and over 900 have been convicted in courts of law. Where is the lack of due process?

@soar2newhighs There is not a shred of evidence more than three years on. None. Over 60 lawsuits have tried and failed miserably to establish any evidence that it was stolen.

There is no crime of "auto accident", yet auto accidents happen every day. There is no crime of "school shooting", yet people are convicted frequently of crimes committed during said shootings. There was a clear insurrection, and over 900 people so far are paying the price for their role in it. Hopefully we can hold the real criminals in the White House and Congress to account for their crimes against the nation.
