Trump’s lawyer, when doing the paperwork for the case, forgot to check the box requesting a jury trial, which left it up to the judge to determine if there was enough evidence to show that Trump and his sons had indeed committed fraud (bank fraud, wire fraud, tax fraud, and real estate fraud). He determined that they had. The rest of the trial now, is only to determine how many millions of dollars the Trump Corporation will have to pay, and if they will be allowed to continue to operate in the state of New York as a business. Also, it will be determined if they will have to auction off Trump Tower, and other buildings in New York City. It’s just the penalty phase now. His guilt has already been determined.

@Slade he was still found to be guilty of fraud in the civil case, and I expect he will be found guilty in most if not all of his criminal cases
