The United States Government is definitely going to have a real Government Shutdown within the next few years especially since we have Debt, Deficits, Dependency, and Inflation as far as the eye can see. Anyone with a pulse can clearly see that the Political Indentured Servants on Capitol Hill and State Capitols are tone deaf and out of touch with reality. All Bubbles Pop, The US Bubble Economy is the Mother of all Bubbles!
The bottom line is that American Taxpayers and Consumers have turned to Credit Card Debt and other Debt because they didn’t have any other way to make ends meet to maintain their very Lives and Livelyhoods. People don’t run up their Visa balance month after month to buy Groceries when they are in “very strong” Financial shape. The so called Stimulus Programs and Checks are long since gone and were never meant to do what was promised. Savings are depleted and the average American Taxpayer has no choice but to pull out their Credit Card if they wanted to maintain their Standard of Living. Of course, this isn’t sustainable. A Credit Card has this inconvenient thing called a limit.We’ve already reached our limit with the Debt Ceiling Debacle.
I honestly fear for those who depend on the Government for ANY reason, especially to take care of them. If we as Individuals managed our Finances the way the US Government manages its Checkbook presently, we'd all be in Debtor's Prison. If an Average Person cannot have Debt indefinitely, What in God's name makes anyone believe that the Government can continue to do this?! At some point, when you borrow Money, the Person you borrowed from will want their Money back. When you cannot repay the Money you borrowed, you have problems of all kinds. China has now realized this...

They will. The Republicans have forgotten we're govern by a system of checks, balances and divisions. They want to shut down the country because their butt-boy McCarthy can't simply [i]will [/i]into existence what they want. And they want [i]everything[/i]. No compromise, no acceptance of anything that fails to meet their demands. Or the country goes dark (except the great Biden Impeachment, which will continue, they assure us).

The Senate passed a stopgap to avoid it by a remarkable 77-19 so of course House Republicans are going to cause a shutdown and screw over vulnerable people.
