Why restrict it to those under the age of 25? Make it universal and effectively disenfranchise the entire nation 馃槱 We have a citizenship paper in the UK that most British people would struggle to pass without studying (one of the questions is how many seats are there in the Scottish parliament).

@SunshineGirl Because if you don't restrict it, that Ramaswamy guy (based on his ignorant claims and fact-free proclamations) wouldn't be able to pass the kind of testing he is endorsing. And then where would he be?
