Making War against the Constitution: Treason

Treason is punishable up to death. Why are we as a nation not prosecuting police for this and acts of Domestic Terrorism?
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
Trump is front and centre in line for being convicted for treason
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
@specman spitting in his pompous face yes.
specman · 51-55, M
@zonavar68 If he is always on your mind he already won.
@specman A man as dangerous as DJT should be on the minds of anyone who values the Constitution.
The police chiefs and commissioners are all installed leftest twats.. the little Indians just follow orders..
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout And remember all military and law enforcement is the agent of government not servant of the people
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@zonavar68 corrupt
SteelHands · 61-69, M
@zonavar68 The elected Government is of the People, by the People and for the People.

It's those lifetime unionized folks, a plague of alphabet soup named agencies using their offices as personal little feifdoms to promote self elevation, various warped social ideologies, and the shameful elected officials to use them, shift responsibility and blame them for problems.

The insurrection, contrary to public awareness, was fully underway inside the government itself ever since LBJ killed JFK.

They're just now beginning to let us see how meesed up they have been. Guys who sniff kids and want to chop off tits and balls shouldn't be able to become dog catchers. Much less spend decades inside eventual president.

Frickin eh.

its politicians committing the majority of treason these days; if our forefathers had this kind of fuckery to put up with, they'd be hanging democrats & rinos every hour for a month...
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@wildbill83 pelosi and pence on j6
Virgo79 · 61-69, M
@wildbill83 or a year
Gloomy · F
Burn the constitution and create a new one keeping some stuff that works from the current one but please stop glorifying this piece of paper.
America should aim to make itself more like a proportional parliamentary democracy by far the most successful and road-tested form of government currently existing.

@jshm2 You must be a traitor cop, family, or friends with them, or just a flat out coward and possibly complicit in their crimes. Maybe you think by being a coward and sucking up to them will let you slide by on your own criminal conduct. I am sure you never served your country either, people like you don't. I had almost perfect evals in the Military and Law classes. I served my country with honor, unlike police. People fear getting murdered or set up by police nowadays, and justifiably so. Do some research on Supreme Court rulings and decisions slick, or shut the fuck up.

@kgabbert1
I served my country with honor
There is no honor in serving a country, especially not when the country is the US. Serve the people not the construct of a state or the romanticised idea of a country.
Also any soldier send outside of the US into conflicts died and fought in vain.
@jshm2 18 USC 2381
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death
DJT certainly fulfilled the allegiance test.

The real question is what are the defs of "war" and "enemies" in this context.

Easier to say he violated his oath of office via his inviting, promoting, stoking, calling for the 6 Jan event and his other attempts to vanish millions of votes...or find 10,000...
specman · 51-55, M
Police are prosecuted for illegal actions
specman · 51-55, M
@zonavar68 There's people of color that follow him.
kgabbert1 · 56-60, M
@specman Maybe the ones that are not freemasons. Otherwise, they get paid time off or a slap on the wrist. They have helped ruin a God Fearing Nation. And people that support them are just as guilty, complicit in their acts of Domestic Terrorism against," We the People," and the Constiitution, if you will. Or just plain cowards.
Virgo79 · 61-69, M
@specman more than he knows
Elessar · 26-30, M
It's only a crime if you don't do it for the "right" people, it seems.

Trump's stolen documents episode would've led anyone else to Guantanamo, change my mind
kgabbert1 · 56-60, M
@Elessar yep
SteelHands · 61-69, M
Humanity is being tested. Tribalism, superstitions about physical reality, offers of perfection through self destruction.

It's a reflection of the transhumanist religion.
SlaveEt · 36-40, F
I don't know why you looped the police into this but the rest I agree.
Gloomy · F
@kgabbert1 of course they got away with this stuff. They are an extention of the capitalist state with a monopoly on violence.
SlaveEt · 36-40, F
@kgabbert1
Those crimes are indeed bad but they are not treason. There are pretty specific criteria for treason.
kgabbert1 · 56-60, M
@SlaveEt They are Domestic Enemies/Terrorists. To make war against the Constitution, is Treason.
FlowersNButterflies · 61-69, F
I think things are on track for real justice.
spjennifer · 56-60, T
Awww, did you get a speeding ticket again? 🥴
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@kgabbert1 Of course I am, but you still didn't answer my question? 🥴
kgabbert1 · 56-60, M
@spjennifer lol. You are really not worth anyones time, but I'll answer your question. I don't speed, If it says 20, I do 20. Are you a child? Maybe you should not be on this site.
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@kgabbert1 And I'm quite certain if the sign told you to jump off a cliff that you would, gotsta follow them rules I tells ya! 🤪
jehova · 31-35, M
That's a valid point;at least in a few cases. life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is the first one.
