Do you believe that Donald Trump should be in jail ? 🤔 🇺🇲

There seems to be a lot of charges being filed here.
And there also seems to be a lot of information we as a people are not being told.
You saw the news, and the headlines.
Donald Trump has been in the news almost every single day since 2015.
And it has been this way non stop.
Do you believe that after everything you have learned up to this point,
that Donald J Trump should be prosecuted and sent to prison.

Best answer wins. ☺️

I do, but not because of the relatively minor crime of misusing campaign contributions. It is my considered opinion that he is guilty of rather worse crimes than that, if they could only prove it.

@CorvusBlackthorne Someone told me the payments to Daniels came from the Trump Organization, not the Trump Campaign anyway. And from what I’ve read from more reliable sources, some of Trump’s more serious crimes could actually be characterized as “slam dunks”, meaning they’d be easy to prove, they’re just not as far along in the legal process yet.
@JPWhoo I am no legal expert myself, and so I leave such speculation to the attorneys, but I will say that they should be very, very careful. This is new ground they are treading, prosecuting a former president, and every step of the way must be perfect.

@CorvusBlackthorne The article expressed concern about starting with the Stormy Daniels case because there was good evidence but they said it wasn’t a slam dunk, and they were afraid that if they lose the Stormy Daniels case that Trump would crow about it all being a witch hunt and that it would I guess raise the bar for convicting him in the other cases because the public would be more inclined to believe Trump and it would end up setting a precedent that no matter what you can’t successfully convict a former president.

@CorvusBlackthorne I agree.
I heard he was good at hiding the trail of corruption behind him.

@CorvusBlackthorne people love to regurgitate things they hear without fact finding. Even CNN acknowledges he used his own money to pay Stormy. I couldn’t believe CNN would admit it so I actually took a pic of it the other day. People need to do their own homework and stop repeating bs they hear.

@CorvusBlackthorne They're getting to it.
